8.0Sehr gepflegtes Haus, Vermieterin hat sich bei aufgetretenem Problem umfänglich und erfolgreich um eine Lösungsmöglichkeit gekümmert. Zum Osterfest schenkte sie uns ein traditionelles Osterbrot.
− Die Küchenausstattung könnte ein paar zusätzliche Dinge durchaus vertragen.

9.0The accommodation is located in a sort of forest near the main road. The road to the house is quite good: asphalt at first, and then a dirt road, but still in good condition. The house matches the photos in the listing.
− The only way to communicate with the host is through Google Translate, as they don’t speak English – it’s also mentioned in the listing that they only speak Greek. What bothered me was that the water pressure, both in the shower and at the bathroom sink, was quite poor. Additionally, I was asked to pay to use the washing machine (€10).

10.0Чистый уютный домик со всеми необходимыми бытовыми мелочами, уютный дворик, где просто замечательно проводить вечера за бокалом вина и рыбкой, приготовленной на гриле. Гостепреимная хозяйка, всегда готовая помочь по любому вопросы (Мария, отдельное спасибо за урок приготовления рыбы на гриле на углях в уличной печи!). Чистое море в пяти минутах ходьбы с местами каменистым, а местами песчаным дном. Чистый и малолюдный дикий пляж с соснами, в тени которых можно укрыться в жару. Пара крупных супермаркетов в 3-4 км в Никити. И весь потрясающе красивый полуостров Ситония с его живописными пейзажами, атмосферными городками и деревнями, отличными пляжами перед вами, если у вас есть под руками автомобиль
