9.0As a couple from Thessaloniki, we were very familiar with the location and preferred this summer home over others due to the privacy and large yard. We enjoyed the half basketball court, grilling, and having a spot to park! There is a feel of luxury with two hotels surrounding the property. It's very quiet with few neighbors. You can walk down the road and steps to the beach, where it's very nice most days (depending on the wind direction). You take a shower right in the bathroom, but the water drains very quickly and it's not an issue. There's also a new shower outside. If you have a vehicle to go to the supermarket, nearby beaches, and for outings at night, this is a perfect spot. Otherwise, there is a small market at the camping spot within walking distance from the beach or the road. We would highly recommend for longer stays and will go back again in the future.
− The refrigerator is old and some food went bad quickly depending on where it was placed on the shelves. The host mentioned that they will potentially be making some changes in the kitchen area, so I assume this will not be an issue for future guests. We were there for almost a month, so the fridge was very full. It should work fine for fewer items.

9.0The house is very nice, clean, and it has everything that you may ever need for your stay. Enough space, for families with kids (up to two kids). They will love the bunk bed. The back yard is very nice too.
− The only negative that's probably worth mentioning is that the mattress in the bedroom is kind of hard. I like sleeping on soft mattresses, but that's just me.

10.0We had to change our house due to overbooking reasons, and it was a very pleasant surprise staying here, so we extended for one more night. The house is just like in the pictures, with a spacious garden and plenty of equipment for cooking and BBQ. There are two beaches nearby—if one has waves, you can easily go to the other.
