Only the location which was handy for the harbour, some local cafes and local tavernas very nearby.

− Very shoddy, badly maintained. Ironing board that had collapsed and never replaced, curtain rail fallen off the wall on our first night and not fixed, black mould around the shower, unhygienic. Mosquito nets broken,never fixed. The apartment is in a multi-level building in a residential road. Some noise from other apartments when we were there. NO cleaning services you have to wash your own towels and dispose of the toilet and kitchen waste. You can’t clean the floor or surfaces as no cleaning materials provided. There is a washing machine but the minute you leave the apartment the electricity goes off so it can take all day to wash your towels and more time to dry them! No spare towels or sheets.

Fantastic Stay in Kos – Highly Recommended! We stayed in this apartment in Kos in mid-May and can only speak highly of our experience. The weather on Kos at this time of year is simply excellent: pleasant temperatures, plenty of sunshine, and ideal conditions for exploring the island. Even so, it was reassuring to know that the apartment was equipped with a perfectly functioning air-conditioning system. Fortunately, we hardly needed to use it, but it is a great feature to have available. One of the biggest surprises was the exceptionally well-equipped kitchen. In most holiday apartments, you expect only the essentials, but here we found not only all the necessary equipment, but also basic ingredients and supplies that would otherwise require an extra trip to the supermarket. The appliances were all in excellent condition, well maintained, and far more comprehensive than one would normally expect. The apartment also features two televisions with excellent picture quality. Although Kos offers so much to see and do that we rarely turned them on, they are certainly a welcome addition. Another highlight is the two terraces. Whether the sun is shining at the front in the morning or at the back in the evening, you can simply move to whichever terrace offers the best spot at that moment. Both are comfortably furnished and perfect for relaxing outdoors. Adding to the charm is the beautiful citrus tree on the rear terrace—you can practically pick your own fruit while enjoying the Mediterranean atmosphere. The location is ideal: peaceful and quiet, yet only a short walk from the town centre. If you do not feel like making coffee yourself—although the apartment is perfectly equipped for that—there is an excellent coffee bar just around the corner, literally a few metres away. Supermarkets are nearby, the nightlife district is within easy walking distance, and some of the island’s archaeological sites are so close that they almost seem visible from the terrace.

The house was exactly as in the photos. The location was 7-8 minutes walking distance to the beach, 2-3 minutes by car. The owner Vassilis invited us to his restaurant and we had a wonderful evening in a place with the best view on the island, and very good food and drinks. Next time we come to Kos, we definitely know where we will stay. Thanks for everything.

Smidig incheckning med nyckelbox. Balkonger i två väderstreck som nog är fantastiska på sommaren. Nära till Special glass och café som har mycket gott. Det tar ungefär 5-10 minuter för att komma ner till hamnen och restaurangstråket och 8 minuter till stranden.

− Dåligt städat. Inte fräscht att mötas av många och långa hårstrån på golven och duschkabinen var inte städad och läckte ut i hela badrummet. Barstolarna i köket var för höga så man kunde inte sitta där med benen under bardisken. Dålig köksutrustning, fanns inte ens en brödkniv så det fick vi köpa själva så det var svårt att hålla självhushåll.
