9.0Beautiful view and location! Indeed just steps away from the beautiful, semi-private beach - a path down the cliff full of flowers and butterflies. And just a five-minute walk down the beach, you get to the area with places to eat, ice cream, etc. The kitchen and shared area of the house were perfect for our multi-generational family, too. The only things I'd take note of - the house is situated on a cliff, so for people who are older or with accessibility issues (i.e. can't handle a pretty steep path down the cliff), the only way out of the property is with a car. And the bedrooms, aside from the largest bedroom on the upper floor, are on the lower level and have everything you need, but are fairly simple with a small window. This was fine for us since we spent the time either on the balcony, in the shared area, in the yard, or out and about, but just something to note. Everything was clean, host was great, super helpful and available for everything we needed, and this area is just the best place in the world. Would highly recommend!!!

10.0We were 7 people and had an amazing time. We all had plenty of space and it never felt crowded. The villa is in a beautiful location and the nearby beaches are among the best. Korina the hostess was in touch every day with recommendations and offers of help. And Lina and Kostas were super helpful, even though they don't speak English. A great base for exploring the west side of Pelion.
− Nothing really complain about. Maybe the water pressure in the upstairs bedroom - but it didn't spoil anything.
