Lovingly decorated and equipped, a 2 minute walk from one of Naxos’ best beaches, spacious for a couple and also comfortable for a family with two kids I imagine. We loved having two verandas so that one is always sheltered from the wind. The jacuzzi is an unusual extra and even though we use it only once, it’s a lovely way to relax and massage the muscles after a long walk or swim. The kitchen layout is comfortable and makes it easy to dine in. Super location 50 m away from the well-stocked local supermarket, a short walk or drive from some of the best restaurants, and near a handful of wonderful beaches and Aliko juniper forest. We loved our stay here and wanted to stay longer. The landlady is very friendly and accommodating. I speak Greek, so communication was no issue, and her English speaking daughter is only a WhatsApp message away. All in all, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you so much! We hope to come back soon.

− There isn’t much not to like. If you are very noise sensitive, beware that the road leads right past the house. No traffic at all at night though, and also not very busy during the day. Since the verandas open towards the sea, the road didn’t disturb us at all. And no fault of the property, there is some building work going on in the neighbourhood - which will presumably have finished by next season. Again, not too disturbing, but since I see people commenting on things like that and be outraged, I want to say: if this kind of stuff upsets you, don’t blame it on the owner and just ask beforehand.

Accogliente, pulita, vicina alle spiagge. Secondo noi posizione eccellente. Comoda, supermarket a pochi passi. Host molto disponibile, ci ha riservato un ottima accoglienza. Torneremo se ci sarà occasione a Naxos e certamente cercheremo di tornare nella stessa struttura

− This is a complete rip off it is sold as a house on the description and is in fact a basic apartment on the ground floor. There is no privacy as you are over looked by three properties and the view is obscured by the same buildings There is nothing impressive about this and I am very upset that I haven't been listened to either by booking.com or the owners. The flat above us was loud and noisy. We paid 1300 pounds for five nights this and the property and the one I booked for the previous week was far more impressive for half the price. There is no smart TV as advertised and stated and the owners have refused to give us a partial refund. I would have paid 500 pounds for this. AVOID at all costs!
