Perfektes Haus direkt am Meer
10.0Die Lage der Unterkunft ist einfach perfekt! Direkt am Strand, von der Terrasse keine 5 Meter ins Meer. Die Terrasse ist groß, gut beschattet, mit tollem Blick aufs Novigrader Meer. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Zimmer sind schön. Alles ist sehr neu und modern gestaltet. Rund um die Unterkunft ist alles wichtige fußläufig erreichbar. Und der Vermieter Kresimir ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich! Wir können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen!
Wunderbarer Urlaub
10.0Wir waren mit 13 Personen (davon 5 Kinder) für eine Woche hier. Es war alles wunderbar! Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz und ist sehr sauber! Die Betten sind sehr bequem! Die Küche ist wunderbar ausgestattet und die Einrichtung ist generell sehr stilvoll! In den Schlafzimmer sind indirekte Lichter die man bunt einstellen kann. Zwei Zimmer haben ein eigenes Bad. Die anderen teilten sich das sehr große Gangbad. Auch die Bäder sind modern gestaltet und sauber! Direkt vor der privaten Terasse ist der Meerzugang. Markt, Bäckerei, Restaurant und Strandbar sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Gleich nebenan links ist auch eine Wasserhüpfburg, Jetski/Tretboot/Paddelboard/Kanu - Verleih. Nach rechts ist ein kleines Geschäft mit allem was man vergessen hätte können. Von Schnürsenkel, über Handtücher bis Mitbringsel. Weiter rechts ist noch eine Bar und ein Motorbootverleih. (Wir empfehlen bei dem Restaurant und dem Motorbootverleih lange im Voraus zu reservieren). Trotz des regen Treibens rundherum ist es in der Wohnung sehr leise! Wenn die Tür zu ist hört man nichts von draußen. Der Besitzer ist super lieb und hat auf meine Fragen sehr schnell geantwortet. Sowohl Ankunft als auch Abfahrt waren sehr stressfrei mit ihm.

10.0The best location! Right on the waterfront. Friendly and kind host, very responsive to our needs. Apartment is clean, very well equipped with everything you might need. Awesome for bigger families or groups.

8.0Location to the water, ice cream and snacks directly outside. Restaurant over the road. Owner was very helpful, washing machine door broke with washing inside, he came straight away the next morning and took the door for repair and took our washing to a launderette free of charge. Facilities were good within kitchen, however some larger cups/mugs for coffee in the morning would be an improvement
− Several of the electrical sockets were loose in the walls, cleanliness could be improved. Air conditioning not in all bedrooms. Advert did say it was not fully air con but would be a lot better with. Steps at front if building are very tall and not suitable for children and could be updated/refurbished.
We were all very satisfied with the house, host and environment.
10.0The location is perfect, see is at the doorstep, Paklenica and Zrmnja river's valley are close so this is a perfect place for hiking too.
