9.0فيلا في بونشاك نظيفه وجميلة وهي عبارة عن غرفتين نوم ومطبخ وصاله ودورتان مياه بها حديقه أمام الفيلا مخضرة وحولها أشجار متنوعه كل شي جميل ومميز وعند أسفل الفيلا يوجد نهر جميل ويمكن الوصول للشارع العام وسوبر الماركت مشيا على الأقدام خمس دقايق تصلح للعائلة والعزاب
− الستائر تحتاج تغيير لانها لاتحجب الاضاءة بشكل تام
الحديقه جميله والحارس قمه في الاحترام والسعر مناسب
