9.0Location was great, a short walk into town (this is a house up on a hill from town so definitly expect stairs and a bit of a climb up and down from town!
− I think the things we liked least were just cultural differences- no top sheets on the beds, no paper goods aside from toilet paper, we didn't know how to use the shower (once we reached out to the host he came over and showed us), etc. The house itself was great.

− - The host asked us to strip the beds if we had the energy on day of checkout. And also there was a sign outside to water the plants. This felt cheeky as we were on holiday.

6.0− The house needs updating, furniture wise and cutlery wise, the shower for people in there 60s is not safe, you have to step into the bath to get a shower no grab rail and getting out you have to hold onto the sink,no slip mat in the bath so it's quite easy to have a fall.. there is only one bathroom it needs another bathroom especially if there are two couple's or more staying.. the house has 3 large bedrooms none ensuite. And the bedrooms really need brightening up . , outside the house it really needs a good clean up with bags of rubbish in the garden and it could do with a good weeding,to make the house more welcome looking. The table in the sitting Room has wonky legs 🤔 needs replacing and the kitchen needs a decent table and chairs,not a high table with high stools. Overall the house needs updating. As for the location, it's just outside kinsale up on a hill,and it's quite a steep hill for walking down to kinsale going down and coming up ,so it's not good if you are bad on your feet.. and finally been asked to strip the beds before we leave,now that is something I haven't been asked before. The fridge freezer needs deicing badly and a good cleaning especially in the kitchen area and as I already said the cutlery needs replacing. It needs someone to Go in and give it a good makeover,and it could be a fine house 🤔but not as we Found it.
