Pis su basan tesiste REZALET
1.017-21 temmuz 2026'da 977 euro vererek 4 gün için kiraladığım bu tesiste büyük bir rezalet yaşadık. 5 dk.lık bir duş sonrası zemindeki giderden taşan pis su banyoyu,salonu,mutfağı ayak bileği hizasına kadar doldurdu. Zemine yakın prizler büyük tehlike arz ediyordu. Nancy isimli görevli kadınla iletişime geçip tesise çağırdık. Kendisi de durumu gördü. Lavabodaki çeşmeyi bile açınca zemindeki gider fokurdayıp su fışkırtıyordu. 4 saat kadar çözüm bulmasını bekledik. Olmayınca bize 1 gece sabretmemizi söyledi. Pis su basmış bir yerde kalamayacağımızı söyleyince bize depo olarak kullanılan, içi tem. Mlz. Yedek parçalar vs dolu tozlu küçük bir odayı gösterdi. Uyumak değil içeride oturmak bile mümkün değildi. Tuzlu tuzlu duş alamadan aç karnına saat 23:00'e kadar bekledik. Çözüm olmayınca bizden özür diledi ve toplam para iadesi yapılacağını belirtti. Ertesi günden itibaren şu ana kadar (25/07) onca yazışma, e-mail gönderilmesine rağmen cevap verilmedi. Mesajlar okunuyor cevap yok, aramalara cevap verilmiyor. Bugün booking ile yapılan görüşmede yaşananlar tam şok. Güya tesis bize alternatifler sunmuş ki kocaman bir yalan, para iadesi sözü verilmemiş bu ayrı yalan. Bize cevap vermeyen tesis booking'e iftiralar ve yalanlarla dolu bir savunma yapmış. Hatta neredeyse bizi Nancy denen kadına tehdit olmakla suçlamış! Sonuç olarak kalmadığımız tesis için 1000 euroya yakın para ödedik bir sürü rezillik yaşadık ve gelinen noktada ne booking.com ki en acısı bu, ne de bu tesis yardımcı olmadı. Kalacak olanlar resimlere aldanmasınlar.
− Bu tesis yalanlarla ve iftira ile yaptığı savunmasında pis su basan tesisinde hiç kalAmadığımız halde 977 euromuza çöktü.

The view, the beach is close by foot, only couple of minutes, we were with a baby and there were no problems, even though it's a bit up hill but thanks to that the view is gorgeous, especially the sunrise. The apartment is very big and clean, and it has all you need. Nancy was super helpful with everything we needed.
