Das Haus hat Potenzial und mit etwas Geschmack für Einrichtung könnte man es wesentlich aufwerten.
3.0Die Lage ist sehr schön, direkt am Bodden, eine ruhige Randlage.
− Das Haus verströmt keinerlei Gemütlichkeit und hat keinen Charme. Die nötigsten Dinge sind da, aber nichts darüber hinaus, was dafür sorgt, dass man sich wohl und willkommen fühlt. Die Ausstattung ist schlicht und lieblos. Zwar ist das Haus modern, das Badezimmer ebenfalls, es gibt aber leider keinerlei gemütliches Ambiente. Born ist ein wunderschönes Örtchen mit tollen, alten Häusern. Wir haben schon oft Urlaub dort gemacht aber dieses Haus ist mit Abstand das Kühlste und Ungemütlichste. Abgesehen davon, dass wir 2 Tage Heizuns- und Warmwasserausfall hatten und sich keiner darum gekümmert hat. Kein Bild an der Wand, keine Kerze o.ä. Dekoration, kein Willkommensgruß, es gibts nichts, um eine einladende Atmosphäre zu schaffen. Auch die Küche bietet nichts über das notwendige Maß hinaus an Zubehör. Sehr schade, die Lage punktet voll, der Rest leider gar nicht.
