Ukupan dojam je pozitivan i preporučujem objekt za vesela druženja i uživanje u prirodi !
8.0Objekt je uistinu lijep, komotan, na prekrasnom mjestu, uglavnom dobro opremljen u mirnom okruženju s lijepim pogledom na okolna brda i zalazak sunca koje upotpunjuju zvukovi prirode. Do centra grada je svega par minuta vožnje autom a samo mjesto Otočac ima sve potrebne sadržaje za funkcionalan i ugodan boravak (restorane, kafiće, muzej, park, događanja, šoping centre, divnu rijeku i ljubazne ljude).
− Objekt je lijepo uređen ali kvaliteta opreme je osrednja, prije svega namještaj i TV oprema. Kreveti i jastuci su jako tvrdi, to je glavna zamjerka! Također neadekvatna rasvjeta, puno rasvjetnih mjesta s ne primjerenim led žaruljama dok u kuhinji na radnoj plohi nema rasvjete. Nema zamrzivača (osim malog pretinca u frižideru) što je za ovakav objekt ne prihvatljivo. Na dvoja vrata (kupaona i soba) kvaka nije u funkciji. Nedostaju upute za korištenje jakuzija i saune, osim usmenih! Vanjska oprema, drvene ležaljke nisu upotrebljive bez nekih mekanih prostirki ili spužvi, plinski roštilj nije održavan pa je na pola funkcije.

10.0What I liked about the accommodation was the peace and quiet, and its location was perfect. The place itself and everything around it that we visited were easily accessible.
− It’s not that I didn’t like anything, but rather what could be improved at the accommodation. A mosquito net would be essential, and an air conditioner or fan would be needed for the upper floor.
Great house in Lika county
9.0Kitchen facility was like no one before. There was everything ehat you can imagine. Gas barbicute, spacious living room, surounding... realy good house. There is even one extra room as playroom.
− Sauna is part of bathroom instead separate space. Jaccuzi is seasonal. There is room for improvement in additional fun items like goals on grass or dart or table soccer or similar for teenagers.
