10.0Comfortable, well furnished, spacious with 170 steps from the sea. Great tarrace with the view on the lavenda plants, figs and other plants that given a lot of privacy when you enjoy your means outside on the tarrace.😀The garden and outside area is perfect. You can park your car in the shade on the driveway. Short driving distance to Novalia supermarkets

10.0Villla is situated in a quiet neighborhood, just about 100m from a nice beach. There are also few spots where you can watch beautiful sunsets on a sunny evenings. It´s very well equipped villa and very clean. Excelent new TV, bigger than the one in the photos.
