10.0Das Haus ist ein Schmuckstück, liegt bei einem kleinen Weiler und ist von Natur umgeben.Es finden sich reichlich Wanderwege die unser Hund sehr genoss ,auch an Ausflugszielen hatt es nicht gemangelt, teilweise fußläufig.Das Meer ist nicht weit - je nach Richtung 3- 10 km ,Einkauf ist in Labin möglich , je nach Gusto ,ebenso verschiedene Restaurants.Wer wie wir die Ruhe zum entschleunigen sucht ist hier am besten aufgehoben ( himmlische Ruhe ) ,der Outdoor Grillplatz und der Garten sind ebenfalls noch zu erwähnen, alles im allen ein Super Ferienhaus.

9.0Maison authentique, située dans un environnement très calme et préservé avec un très beau jardin. Idéal pour une famille. La maison est éloignée des principales villes touristiques d'Istrie qui restent cependant facilement accessibles en voiture. La ville de Labin est située à 10 mns en voiture. La maison est propre et dispose de tout le confort nécessaire. Un séjour parfait et reposant !!
Samostatný 200 let starý dům na klidném odlehlém místě
10.0Samostatný dům pro 4-5 člennou rodinu, v přízemí kuchyň, obývací kout a koupelna s WC, v horním patře 2 ložnice a koupelna s WC, v obou patrech je klimatizace. Zastřešená venkovní kuchyně s posezením má gril, umyvadlo i krb. Rozlehlý pozemek se spoustou zeleně a houpačkami je ohrazený, což jsme my i pejsek ocenili. Na všechny pláže je to 15-25 minut autem, pro pejsky i pro nás byla nejlepší pláž v Ravni. Do Labinu (obchody, restaurace) se dostanete autem za 12 minut. Marija je milý hostitel, který nám dal spoustu cenných informací hned po příjezdu.
