5.0De tuin is prachtig en goed onderhouden. Je bent binnen 10 minuten met de auto in het centrum. Olly en Roger doen erg hun best om de tours en vervoer te regelen en zijn daarin erg flexibel. Altijd even vriendelijk en niks is teveel gevraagd.
− De kamers zijn erg klein. 8 vierkante meter waar twee losse bedden in staan, een tafeltje en een open kast. De deuren sluiten niet goed, ze klemmen en maken daardoor veel herrie. Insecten kruipen makkelijk door de kieren. Tussen onze kamer en alle andere kamers zat een dunne éenlaagse houten wand. Hierdoor erg gehorig. Aan onze andere kant was het toilet. We konden de behoeften van elkaar letterlijk in de pot horen vallen. Toilet en douche niet schoon. Haren en dode gekko’s op de wand geplakt. Vuil rondom de kranen en wasbak. Voor Aziatische begrippen goed beoordeeld, maar als westerling zou ik deze zeker overslaan.

4.0The location is beautiful, it's a pity management doesn't make an effort to improve the rooms and the outdoor space.
− When we arrived the lawn at the entrance was littered with plastic crockery and napkins, they told us the night before there was a wedding and they had yet to clean it up. The room was small, with creaky woodfloors and extremely dirty, there were animal droppings on the floor, window sill and bed headboard. The bathroom was not properly cleaned as well, the wc seat was extremely dirty. The towels had stains. As we complained we were given another room that was equally dirty, with bed bugs in the mattress. We booked another place to stay and left. They refunded us 3 out of 4 nights.

7.0Els jardins exteriors. El sopar molt bó. Organitzen la visita al Tongkoko NP. El personal agradable.
− Les instal.lacions estan una mica descuidades. La porta de l'habitació no ajusta bé. Poca insonorització amb les habitacions contigües. La dutxa sense llum i les parets plastificades. L'esmorzar bó però no excessiu.
