10.0The house is roomy and comfortable. The hostess made every attempt to provide a sense of home away from home. It is well-outfitted - she has even provided a sandwich toaster and an air-fryer. We loved that there were the family sheep on the property. Quiet and yet only 2 km from town.
− It was a bit of a surprise that we had to put coins into the electricity meter. It would have been nice to know we needed coins ahead of time. Getting a message about the location and check-in procedures the day before we arrived would have been helpful too.
Must stay in donegal for a relaxing getway
10.0This cottage is excellent and situated in a beautiful, scenic location. My 18-month-old enjoyed the open space and loved interacting with the sheeps in the backyard—the best place to relax and unwind. We were undisturbed and had a lovely weekend soaking in everything nature has to offer. It is close to most tourist destinations. Groceries are 25 minutes away, but you can pick them up on the way to the cottage.
− The electricity was pay-per-use and had to be covered by us (the host was kind enough to provide some coins to get started with), but we expected it to be covered by the host. The bathroom did not have any toiletries; once again, we expected to find basic toiletries (body wash, lotion) just like in any B&B.
Yeah was nice place just to stay in while I was there working the whole day well kitted out cottage

10.0Cosy little cottage nestled amongst the Donegal hills. Fire lit before we arrived and plenty of wood in the bucket. Very clean and tidy inside and out.
