− Breakfast was very bad They have only two options one is Idiyappam with mutta curry and Dosa sambar chutney. We took Dosa Samabar chutney and the taste was very bad,Really it could have been better. There's no tooth , Paste and soap nothing. Only one towel for two people.

− 1)As per the description provided in booking.com . It was an air conditioned room. But it was not the case. 2) old non maintained rooms and missing toiletries. Bought to their notice . 3) Manual mixing of hot and cold water in a bucket in the bathroom. There was no provision for missing the water in the shower. 4) no mosquito nets in the window . 5) as per the pics displayed .I didn't see any swimming pool in the property. 5) food is of less variety.

9.0Location is perfect. Mountain, tea plantation view is very nice from the room. Also, stream of water from Chambra mountain range is viewable and accessible from property. Overall nice accommodation.
− Food provided is not that great and not hot. Instead of serving at room, it is better to have dining space for the same.
