− Het moeten betalen van een borg van 300 euro De voorzieningen in de keuken zijn wat karig (geen olie bijvoorbeeld)

8.0Het huisje is in het echt gezelliger dan je misschien zou denken op basis van de foto's. Het was zeer proper gekuist. Je zit op wandelafstand van het centrum van Spa. Ook een goede ligging om bij het circuit van Francorchamps te komen. Duidelijke en vlotte communicatie (in het Nederlands) van de uitbaters.
− Hier en daar is er een beetje onderhoud nodig (vooral de plafonds), en een extra toilet zou ook handig zijn, maar dat zijn details.

We verbleven (helaas) maar voor 1 nachtje, maar ik kan het iedereen aanbevelen!
8.0Het huis is in een rustige straat gelegen, heel centraal. Het viel ons meteen op dat het zeer huiselijk en cosy was ingericht. We waren direct op ons gemak.
− Enig minpuntje: ik miste een echt koffiezetapparaat.
