Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Gegend, leider Komforteinbussen
6.0Ein schönes Ferienhaus mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Die Küche ist im Grossen und Ganzen gut ausgestattet, so dass man sich einfach selbst versorgen kann. Die grosse Nähe zu den sardischen Vermietern ermöglicht schnelle Hilfe, falls man mal eine Frage hat, dabei sind sie ihren Gästen gegenüber sehr freundlich - obwohl sie gleich nebenan wohnen. Freunde weicher Matratzen kommen hier voll auf ihre Kosten!
− Leider war die Spülmaschine in der Küche defekt und konnte zwischen den Jahren nicht ausgetauscht werden. Die Vermieterin war aber so kulant und hat uns eine Ermässigung für den Aufenthalt gegeben, nachdem wir sie nett gebeten hatten.

8.0Haus, Garten und Terrasse sehr sauber gehalten. In der Umgebung gibt es alles was man braucht. Der Strand ist sehr schön und nicht weit weg vom Haus.

9.0Posizione eccellente in località tranquilla. Casa completa di ogni comfort, perfetta per una famiglia di 4 persone. Ottima dotazione di elettrodomestici e utensili da cucina, comprese numerose stoviglie. Consuelo è stata una padrona di casa attenta e disponibile, con la quale è piacevole intrattenersi anche se al primo impatto può apparire un po' secca nei modi.
− Richiesta di utilizzare con parsimonia l'aria condizionata (per fortuna non faceva molto caldo, quindi abbiamo potuto seguire le istruzioni ricevute senza patire troppo). A fine soggiorno potrebbe non essere evidente provvedere allo smaltimento dei rifiuti rimanenti dalla raccolta differenziata.

10.0Lovely well equiped accomodation in nice location. Its is so equiped that you can immediately live there with no special needs. It made our holiday in Chia unforgettable :) We will come back soon for sure.
