10.0We were staying in Deal for a family event and staying at Walmer House was home from home. We had everything we needed

7.0There were good facilities, well stocked with toys for kids, a TV in every bedroom. Good access to many sightseeing locations . The host was responsive despite being away on travels.
− Could have been a little bit cleaner, especially the upstairs hand wash bottle. It looked like it had gathered rust and bedroom storage shelves, which were a bit dusty. One bedroom heater was not working, but was manageable as the weather was nice.. Street parking was tricky as the slots closest to the house were always taken but managed to park at a reasonable distance.

8.0Separate toilet was a boon. The kitchen was well equipped The bed cushions were bright and colourfu
− There were pink spots on the sheets of one double bed, which put off my daughter staying a second night. The downstairs sofa cushions were tired and uncomfortable. The bath mat was torn. The slip mat inside the bath was grubby underneath. There was little room to move around the beds. One bedroom didn't have a proper hanging space, just 4 hangers on one wall hook. No easy instructions to use the T V.. How to get terrestrial TV. The wifi password had been crossed out and hand rewritten, didn't inspire.

7.0Bright and airy, the property was clean.
− The sofas are not comfortable at all. The garden needs to be tidied up and I would suggest the removal of the inflatable jacuzzi spa.
