Ok. Not quite what expected

House well appointed - lovely kitchen and equipment - lounge comfortable. Beds comfortable and nice clean linen

− Not suitable for people with walking difficulties- long upward slope to house. Difficult to open front door first time - key rusted Would have been nice to get house contents info a few days earlier - I doubled up on many items you provide. Key box number could be sent later. Parking a nightmare Road noise - lots of traffic Shower stall could do with non slip mat More hand towels and bath mat in bedroom (bath area) would be good. Need dressing table in main bedroom Swimming pool they advertise not close - a drive away in a holiday camp - also not available in August!

A comfortable and convenient stay in Looe for a large group with all the basic amenities covered.

The close proximity to the town centre was great and the view is very nice to wake up to or enjoy with dinner at the outside table. The large kitchen accommodated our group (6 adults 1 child) very comfortably. The living room was a little cosier but we managed.

− Overall check-in experience was simple, but I sent a message to the provided number a few hours prior to our check-in and never received a reply. The top floor main bedroom (with the ensuite) is a great room, however the metal bed frame is noisy to the point of waking us when we turned. Otherwise, it was very comfortable.

Great location and good communication from the host. Lovely property and well appointed. Comfortable beds and well cleaned.

− There were few points that were more frustrating: there needs to be proper ironing board, there is a small table top board but not much padding and difficult to iron larger clothing items. there is short term parking outside (1hr) the property but it was always full throughout our stay. the long stay carpark is across the river and therefore is not overly convenient. The significant issue for us was the 9am checkout to allow the cleaning coming in. This made our Sunday morning very rushed and if we had made a note of this at the time of booking, we would have probably unfortunately looked elsewhere, which is a shame as this is really a lovely place to stay.
