9.0L' appartamento fa parte di una villetta situata in una tranquilla zona residenziale con piccolo ma curatissimo giardino. I gentili proprietari abitano accanto ma non sono certo invadenti. I cicloturisti potrebbero apprezzare la Ciclovia Tirrenica che passa proprio accanto alla struttura. Il parcheggio interno è disponibile ma noi abbiamo preferito parcheggiare fuori a pochi passi per evitare di facilitare le possibili "fughe" del simpaticissimo bassotto di casa. Noi (due persone) ci siamo trovati bene, era quello che ci serviva.
− Forse il cucinino un po' stretto, e benché completamente attrezzato e con un piano cottura a sei fuochi, non dispone di un piano di lavoro. Per noi non è stato un problema ma chi è abituato a grandi preparazioni culinarie ne tenga conto.

10.0Bardzo mili gospodarze, zawsze pomocni. Piękny ogród, spokojna okolica. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament. Miejsce idealne do wypoczynku. Chce się tam wrócić.

10.0Tutto è andato bene, tranquillo, i padroni di casa sono stati gentili e disponibili, non ci sono stati problemi, consiglio a tutti di rilassarsi per una o due settimane in questa casa con un magnifico giardino.

9.0Unterkunft bei sehr nette Gastgebern. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, gepflegt und umrahmt von einem schönen Garten mit einigen Olivenbäumen. Ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt befinden sich Bushaltestellen z.B. zu den Stränden oder nach Sarzana. Busfahrkarten können im nahegelegenen Tabacchi erworben werden. Die Gastgeber wohnen im Haus in dem sich auch die Ferienwohnung befindet. Für kurze Weile und Unterhaltung sorgt schließlich Tyson, der lustige Hund der Gastgeberfamilie Auch wenn es sprachliche Barrieren gab, ergab sich mittels Sprachübersetungsapp ein netter Kontakt. Danke an Rosanna und Mauricio für die schönen Tage.
