BEWARE WORST STAY! BLACK MOLD HEALTH HAZARD FOR A FAMILY/BABY!! FILTHY RENTAL!! WON'T GET $$ BACK!!

Honestly there was nothing I liked about this booking it was FILTHY AND NOT CLEAN - especially the BLACK MOLD we discovered on the ceiling in the master bathroom (EXTREME HEALTH HAZARD FOR A BABY AND FAMILY), the dog hair filled couches and floors, dust and dog hair everywhere, disgusting dirty hair clump with black residue sitting on the shower bench in the master bathroom too. As soon as we discovered the BLACK MOLD we called Booking.com who told us to leave the property immediately and request a full refund (that the host would not give us and charged us shy of $400 for canceling) even though we were only there for less than 3 hours, left everything as it was, and upon the BLACK MOLD discovery we left immediately.

− BEWARE!!! The HOST IS TERRIBLE - they also charged us an extra pet fee outside of Booking.com that they are NOT SUPPOSED TO DO. THE RIGHT THING TO DO ON THE HOST'S BEHALF WOULD OF BEEN TO GIVE US A FULL REFUND BUT EVEN BOOKING.COM COULDN'T GET THEM TO DO THAT!!

The owners thought of everything you could want or need, and provided it all...and then some!

The location was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and exceeded all expectations. The quaint property was immaculate, homey, and comfortable, with a full size kitchen that was fully stocked, as were all the bedrooms and updated bathrooms. Royal Springs was beautiful and minutes away, and we were never at a loss of things to do. Having the Suwanee in your backyard was the bow on a perfectly wrapped package. Communication with the hosts was easy with a friendly and quick response to any questions. My 9 year old granddaughter rated it a 100% with a smile that never left her face! It was home away from home, and we definitely plan to be back.

Beautiful and HUGE yard in probably one of the best locations in the area. Right on the wonderful Suwannee River. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the porch and the deck going out to the River. The home is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy a fun and relaxing weekend. Plenty of games, kayaks, and wood for the amazing firepit. Lots of beds for a large family too. The host was out of the country but still very responsive when we needed to ask a question. We will definitely consider booking again in the future, as you really can't beat the location for this area. 😀

− The only thing I personally didn't like was how dark the inside of the home is. It's very brown with a log cabin and camouflage theme. But that's just my personal opinion. The theme goes with being out in the woods and such and is very unique, but it would have been so much more lovely if it was brightened up to match the cheerful "margaritaville" name.

This place was amazing, peaceful and relaxing.It had everything we needed for our stay. We kayaked to the springs near by. Perfect for our fur babys, they loved running around and adventuring around the property.
