8.0GW中に2家族と１泊して大変助かりました。 経年劣化で机等使用感あるものの、清掃が行き届いています。 2階の作りが子供達は楽しかったようで、窓から覗いてました。
施設は○、対応は弁償対応のみ×
7.0施設は清潔て快適でした。和室が二間2階にあったが、2階にもトイレがあり、複数家族で使ったので有難かった。
− BBQコンロを使う場合、焼き網は自分で用意とのことだったが、丸型で大きいサイズなので、用意が難しかった。 チェックイン後、メールで色々と指示をもらっていたが、お酒も入りバタバタとして気づかなかったので、必要なことは事前に知らせておいて欲しかった。 また、布団におしっこしてしまった後始末について、なかなかに無茶を言われた。布団の新品代金の弁償と手数料が発生するとのこと。左様なことは宿泊約款にも書かれていない上に、一般的に考えても物品の時価相当が妥当だと思われるので、その旨伝えたところ、未だにもめております。
