− A few issues which have been reported to the owner. No mention that the property was accessible by ferry.
Poor
3.0− Due to a cyclone the WiFi was down. We were offered no reduction in price. The house smelt like damp, we had to close luge suitcases up when leaving the house for the day as they were damp after the first night. Overall the room felt like a motel and definitely not worth the high price we paid.

5.0A superb situation but the property was tired smelly and in need of an upgrade No leisure seating outside Sadly the mugs were badly stained and unusable the oven took ages to get to temperature The ground floor seating area outside was not practical Sorry
This is our 3rd visit to NZ covering North & South Island’s. This rates as one of the best places we have stayed in!
