− Не е редно наемателя да се занимава с плащането на електричество, особено при положение че сайта работи само с ирландски телефон. Опцията е да се искат допълнително пари. Не може отоплението да може да се включва само от 7-10 и 19-22, би трябвало да може да поддържа нормална температура, когато наемателя е в къщата, както и топла вода трябва да има винаги, когато е необходима, а не да станеш в 3.00 или да се прибереш и да няма топла вода. Като препоръка е хубаво да има кафе машина…
A lovely clean, spacious & relaxing place to have a family holiday.
10.0The property is clean, modern & very spacious in a lovely, quiet location but within easy reach of places to visit. It was a little bit cool for my mum but the Site Manager was very helpful & the heating could be boosted. I hadn’t realised beforehand that it had a fire place but I went to local shops and got all the necessary things to light the fire & it was absolutely lovely! The only thing missing was fire implements like a poker & tongs which would have been helpful. The kitchen was a lovely large space & well equipped although I would personally add a larger grater & a sieve. The utility room was very useful with a washing machine & tumble dryer, clothes horse & ironing board! We stayed for 12 nights so this was very useful. Home from home!

A refundable security deposit of EUR 200 must be paid upon check-in per house. This will be pre-authorized on your debit or credit card upon arrival and automatically released off your card after departure, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment by debit cards will charge the security deposit of EUR 200 to your bank account which is manually refunded by the property within 7 days of departure. This will be after the on-site manager has inspected the property and is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been complied with. Please note that failure to leave the accommodations in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of all or part of your security deposit. Please note that the property reserves the right to charge in advance of arrival an increased mandatory security deposit of EUR 500 per house at certain times of the year. For example, during festivals, certain sporting events or public holidays. You will be contacted by the property with regards to this prior to arrival. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
