Colour Mill Cottage A family friendly cottage. Garden next to a stream needed some work.
8.0Very family friendly, lots of outdoor space and comfortable space indoors too. The kitchen was well equipped for coffee, food prep and had a hot air fryer too.
− Having no experience with a Rayburn, we did not use it to it's full potential. The remaining two ring hob was a bit small and we used a hot air fryer for the first time.
A great base for a 3 generation family get together.
8.0Location good for a relaxed few days and as a base for southern Peak District. Good facilities in the house.
− There was a localised ant infestation in the dining room. The whirlpool bath, which the look of got 3 year old very excited, had not had a thorough clean and or use for a while and mould/residue was found in some of the nozzles when bath was filled up to the level of the nozzles.
Lovely few days with family in this cosy, well equipped cottage.
8.0The cottage was cute and cosy. It was very well equipped. We really enjoyed the bbq and the garden. Very peaceful. Generous host. Lovely welcome basket.
