Wunderschöne, hervorragend ausgestattete Wohnung mit sehr netter Vermieterin
9.0Es ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin. Ich hatte vorweg schon mehrfach WhatsApp Kontakt zu Ihr. Bei der Ankunft in Quba war das Haus daher auch leicht zu finden. Von außen sehr unscheinbar steht das Haus in einen Wohlgebiet. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung der Wohnung ist schon phantastisch. 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und eine Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Das Wohnzimmer ist einfach riesig. Jedes Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage. Im hübsch mit vielen Rosen angelegten Innenhof ist eine kleine windgeschützte Terrasse. Der Übernachtungpreis war OK
− Leider steht direkt neben der Wohnung eine Moschee. Der bereits morgens um 5 rufende Muezzin ist schon gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber das wussten wir auch vorher und ist natürlich kein Mangel. Die Bezahlung der Unterkunft ist nur in bar möglich, stellt aber kein Problem dar, weil nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt ein Geldautomat steht.

Reasonable Stay and Value of Money
9.0The cost of property were perfect and fit all tourists with limited budget and large number of family members. The property has a good access to shopping and restaurants in Quba. The owners "Khatira and Ali" are very supported and kind people and their property are well equipped (all rooms with air conditioning, full kitchen tools and washing machine)
− The property is suitable for tourists who will spend most of their time outside. it has no indoor garden or swimming pool.

− Little troubles with water pressure and warm water but Khatira was helpful and ready to solve problems.
