9.0Great location. Walking distance. Views over the harbour were great
− Bed was uncomfortable and too low to the ground Felt like you were sleeping on the base of the bed. Doona cover was not an adequate size.

10.0It was comfortable and handy with everything, great watching yachts coming going very quiet area,everything you needed, will be back ,owners answered a call we made very quick
− Would have liked hand rail or grip outside door awkward steps , sofa bed not over comfortable but need more towels but got on request
