Because of the stairs I would not recommend for older people although it was ideally situated.
5.0The location was great, close to the marina, and many, many restaurants, grocery store, and liquor store. Beaches were about a 15 minute walk. Cute seaside village, very quiet and relaxing. Kitchen & bathrooms were modern.
− The property has 3 levels with very steep stairs, very dangerous especially for 55 & up. The property was in poor maintenance, stains on the furniture, patio very dirty, front door hard to open with holes/gaps that you can see through to the outside.
Would definitely recommend and rebook if returning to Alvor.
9.0Next to a quaint downtown with many dining alternatives and an abundance of fresh fish. Parking was available but not always next to the accommodations. Quiet friendly atmosphere with a great view from the balcony.
− Three levels with narrow stairs, but this was not a big disadvantage as the location was very good.
Comfy stay in a great location
10.0Perfect location, it was quiet with a beautiful view over the estuary yet walkable into town in five minutes. Perfect for three couples with each room having an en suite. Appreciated the wine and pastries on arrival. Super high specification apartment with comfy beds and all facilities thought if.
− We were charged 20 euros per extra hour of a late checkout….

10.0The house was beautiful and had a full bathroom for each bedroom. There is a curtain instead of a bathroom door but we were fine with that. View was amazing of the balcony! We went Easter Saturday for a week and the weather wasn't great but had gotten the pool heated and got to hang out in the beautiful living room together
