10.0Un appartement exceptionnellement propre et idéalement situé, à seulement quelques mètres d'une magnifique plage. L'équipement est complet, tout est neuf, parfaitement entretenu et d'une grande propreté. Le personnel a été formidable, très accueillant et disponible. Rien à redire, tout était parfait. Une expérience magnifique du début à la fin. Félicitations au propriétaire et merci pour tout ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

10.0The apartment is nice, clean and close to the beach. The host was great and helped us a lot arranging transfers and recommending places to eat.
− Very basic facilities, not suitable for a longer stay - no washing machine, chopping board, dishwasher or even a tea towel.

10.0The landlady recommended places to visit in the area and was very helpful. Beautiful views and a terrace. You can even barbecue there. I definitely recommend it. If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll definitely stop by.

10.0Object was situated near to the public beach and 7 minutes from bus.stop that was taking us to the city center which was located 20 minutes by bus. Everything was clean and well maintained. Parking slots were available. Communication with the owner was quick and efficient.

10.0Siamo tornati per il secondo anno in vacanza in questa struttura e posso solo confermare il giudizio super positivo espresso in precedenza. Originalità del design e cura dell'appartamento, vista mare, vicinissimo per raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi, tra l'altro, e non è poca cosa, nella zona più comoda e accessibile a Lavinio dove la discesa al mare, in gran parte è abbastanza disagiata per dislivello e scale. Il parcheggio interno è fondamentale, le attrezzature per la raccolta differenziata ben strutturate, ordinate e funzionali. Il nostro appartamento non è di quelli con la terrazza più grande per poter mangiare fuori, ma la vista del mare e le poltroncine relax sono piacevolissime. Check in e check out organizzatissimi. Staff sempre cortese, attento e disponibile nell'interessarsi per garantire un soggiorno piacevole agli ospiti.
− Aggiungerei un paio di piccoli tavolinetti uso comodino per chi dorme nella camera piccola e accanto al divano letto in soggiorno
