10.0We spend a wonderful week at La Gioiella as a family with three teenagers and a younger child. Everyone felt relaxed and was impressed by the beautiful surroundings. The house has a cultural atmosphere mixed with nature and memories. We enjoyed wonderful barbecues, lazy afternoons by the pool, and lovely walks to nearby villages. A holiday away from the mass tourism, just what we were looking for. Christian and Barbara are the kindest hosts. Very helpfull and relaxed. They give a feeling of belonging there.

10.0We had a wonderful 6 days at La Gioiella. This was the final stay on our trip to Italy following a few days in Rome and then Siena - we wanted a Tuscan villa with a pool which would allow us to visit the local area but also have days of relaxation too. La Gioiella provides this perfectly. It is immaculate and very well equipped. We cooked at the villa on most nights. Christian and Barbara are lovely hosts. It was our wedding anniversary on the day of our arrival and we were welcomed with sparkling wine and focaccia sandwiches. Christian was very helpful when we had a puncture in a car tyre, helping to remove it, accompanying us into Pescia, assisting with negotiations, then showing us to his favourite coffee bar. Barbara delivered wonderful plates of homegrown fruit and vegetables, particularly the tomatoes. Thoroughly recommended.

10.0We recommend La Gioiella with open heart, it’s a small paradise where you can really relax and forget about everything. We came with 2 families with children. The house is beautiful and charming, very well equipped. We felt home immediately. The amazing views, several terraces, patios, swimming pool area gives feeling of forgotten realm. The landscapes, delightful garden with flowers and fruits…and all the nature around is fantastic. Christian is a dream host that was extremely helpful by providing all explanations, help, directions, hints for restaurants and places to visit. We will never forget this amazing place and time spent in La Gioiella. Thank you Christian for making our holiday a paradise!
