Great Villa, Great Terrace, Great local restaurants
9.0Perfect 3 bed villa - spacious villa with good layout, amazing large comfortable terrace for eating out, drinks and spectacular view across Alcuda Bay all day - watched sun go down every night - great infinity pool, ease of parking. Good local restaurants in 10/15 minutes walk. Very few other tourists as Colonia de St Pere for the locals - so more for relaxing holiday - car essential. We will come back - we loved it!
− No Welcome pack to assist with villa equipment & disposal of rubbish instructions etc, knowledge on local restaurants, local markets, supermarkets, doctor etc - having to pay 400 euros in cash as a deposit!, demanded receipt, should change to modern credit card approach - villa agent seeking electricity money when already in the price. If you want a good sandy beach nearby, that was not crowded, then need to drive quite a distance. Only small town shingle beach, good for quick dip but not for all day. For families with small children too many change in level hazards I would say, but not a problem for adults.
