施設は良いけど、チェックインは要改善
8.0大人数が利用できる一棟貸し。ベッド数が７(寝室２(ベッド２+ベッド３)+リビングにベッド２)なので、７名までなら快適に過ごせる。 清潔感もあって、駅や周りの温泉施設にも近くて長期滞在にも便利。
− チェックイン方法が分かりにくい。鍵ボックスの場所が分かりづらい。鍵ボックスが開けづらい。 メールでの案内もほとんどなく、宿に着いたら、宿とカフェ(同じ建物にある)の間のボックスに設置されているタブレットでチェックイン手続きを行う。 その後で、宿の入口脇の水栓に取り付けてある鍵ボックスからチェックインで教えてもらったコードを使って開ける。このボックスが開けづらくて苦労した。 もう少し案内方法を改善したほうがよい。
