− Rapporto qualità/prezzo. Struttura cistisa. Non tutto era funzionale (uno dei due bagni piccolo e scomodo, cassetta dell'acqua rumorosa e si rienpiva lentamente). L'altro bagno privo di acqua calda, niente acqua nel vano vasca.
