Die Lage ist überragend! So nah am Strand und auch richtig zentral gelegen. Mit Kindern einfach Perfekt! Preis-Leistung war sehr gut!
− Ein paar Ameisen waren zu Besuch. Die haben uns aber nicht gestört und es ist auch verständlich bei einem alten, aber schönen Haus.

Strandnähe, direkte Nähe zum Meer, weniger als 70 m. Gartenzugang zum Strandweg. Man kann das Meer vom Haus aus sehen.
− Laute, stark befahrene Hauptstraße (einzige Straße weiter in den Norden) bei geschlossenen Fenstern aber akzeptabel.

Die Lage ist top direkt an der Promenade und der Ostsee. Sehr zentral zum einkaufen und den Restaurants.
− Wie ich schon letztes Jahr bemängelte die Matratzen sind Nix. Und müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden.Die Sauberkeit in der ganzen Wohnung na ja, wo geht das Geld hin für die Reinigung ??
