1.0The property was lovely all as expected
− The owner.... I was harassed before checkout time!! No where was it mentioned I'd have the Sargent Major waiting directly outside my door.trying to give us the ....as he put it 'gentle nudge ' up until this point my trip had been wonderful .....I LEFT IN TEARS I've never in all my stays has an owner harassed in such a manner before the actual check out time . The fact is YOU DONT HAVE A CHECKOUT TIME IF YOUR GOING TO BANG ON THE DOOR BEFORE THIS TIME !!!!!! SO Disappointed with the rudeness and harassment I received

8.0Loved the era of the home, the beautiful garden, the wood fire, the bath, the large kitchen and dining room, separate lounge with gas fire and comfy couch, comfy beds, and the central location.
− Possibly needs a good spring clean (things like window sills, under beds, kitchen cupboards etc). Would benefit from a few more small amenities like condiments, some nice cooking oils & vinegars, herbs & spices, jam & honey, and some salad /serving bowls ... all of which give that added convenience and comfort.
