A wholesome weekend with caring hosts
9.0A homely farmhouse in beautiful countryside, large enough to comfortably accommodate six adults. Sofa seats for everyone in the living room, which isn’t always the case! We were warmly welcomed by the hosts who were stoking up the fires for us on arrival. A lovely touch.
− Nothing to dislike. However, it may help to be aware that the kitchen is quite compact, making cooking up a feast for a large group potentially challenging. My sister prepared meals in advance for reheating, and this worked out well. Of course, if you’re planning to dine out then it won’t be a problem.

10.0Kim was there to greet us on arrival and made sure we were comfortable, showing us around the property. The rooms were spacious, warm, and cosy, with a lovely fireplace. The place is surrounded by sheep, horses, and beautiful nature, which the kids absolutely loved. It’s also conveniently close to Ingleborough Cave. We had a fantastic stay!

10.0Clean, homely, very well equipped. Beds are super comfortable and duvets warm. We all slept so well. The shower is brilliant. The hosts are so welcoming and friendly. It is so quiet, dark skies, Mountain View.We loved the fires. The hosts are very generous in leaving some basics- dishwasher tablets, loo rolls etc.
− The kitchen is a bit small
