Safety issue needs looking.

- The view that overlooked the bush behind the property. - the water feature (though, it only runs for a limited time). - the pool.

− There is a safety issue. 1. There was an exposed hole with a drop of approx. 1.5 meters, on the back deck, between the bbq and the back door. Plastic tape isn't going to stop anyone from falling from a height and being injured. Echuca Holiday Homes was well aware of if children would be present, which can potentially make the situation more serious. No communication with me prior to discuss this safety issue, or to alert me to the risk prior so we could discuss alternatives, we only became aware when entering the accommodation. Why are they allowing people to stay here? This is a serious issue that needs rectification prior to allowing anyone else to stay at the property. Other issues: 2. The deep bath in the bathroom next to the laundry, drops away from the flooring. There is no safe access into/out of the drop bath, including no handles or safety features to assist entry/exit. 3. House was uncomfortably cold. (Even with reverse cycle a/c in use). Large single glazed windows, though lovely to give a feeling of space, do not hold the warmth. Internal fire place was for show only, as it is clean and no wood available. The marks left along the large crack in the chimney indicate the heat and smoke would come internally (into the house) even if lit. 4. Lack of available towels. 1 per person for the whole stay. The towels can't be dried between use due to the house being so cold. Additionally, it doesn't consider the use of the pool on the property. 5. Kitchen tap/faucet is cheap and moves like it will fall off in your hand. 6. The side road running alongside the house and property, had cars using it like a highway on Friday night. Sign indicated 'no vehicle access', however, the gate is not locked.
