10.0L'emplacement et le calme, la maison se trouve à côté d'une petite plage. On y accède en traversant la pinède que l'on voit depuis la terrasse. Il y a une plage, avec quelques personnes du camping voisin, et juste à côté une autre plage où nous étions seuls! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la climatisation, avec la canicule. Communication très facile. très bonne adresse pour rayonner dans la région.

10.0Una villetta ben arredata con tutti i comfort necessari in una zona tranquilla di Budoni. La spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi ed è molto bella. Molto cortese il proprietario della casa che ci ha consigliato spiagge e ristoranti nella zona. Tornerò presto

10.0Ci sono arrivato quasi per caso ed è stata una sorpresa. Casa i Falchi è una villetta arredata con gusto e funzionale. Si trova in una zona tranquilla di Budoni. Il patio vista mare e il giardino curato creano l'atmosfera giusta per staccare. La passeggiata attraverso la pineta secondo me è il valore aggiunto. Un percorso breve che porta direttamente in spiaggia senza bisogno di toccare l'auto. La consiglio, un posto rigenerante dove ti viene voglia di tornare.

10.0Una villetta tranquilla con un patio che si affaccia sul mare ed un giardino ben curato. La casa è dotata di wi fi veloce, tv, aria condizionata, foro, microonde, lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Molto carino il bancone per la colazione vista mare. Una spiaggia tranquilla a 300 mt è un valore aggiunto molto importante.di questa casa.

8.0Die Lage zwischen Budoni und Posada war für uns ideal! Ausflüge mit dem Auto zu verschiedene Buchten im Nordosten waren somit leicht möglich. Der nächste Strand ist über ein Trampelpfad durch eine duftende Wiese und das kleine Pinienwäldchen in weniger als 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Außendusche war sehr praktisch! Die Ausstattung mit Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle sowie ausreichend Geschirr, Töpfe und Besteck war toll. Von der Terrasse ist das Meer zu sehen. Die Kommunikation und die Unterstützung durch den Vermieter war immer sehr zeitnah und sehr gut 👍🏻
− Es wäre klasse, wenn auch das Kinderzimmer mit den getrennten Betten eine Klimaanlage hätte.
Wonderful tranquil oasis and safe for kids (April stay)
10.0We loved the surroundings and privacy that we had visiting in early April. The garden felt safe for our 4 year old son and the 10 minite trek across a field, pine woods and salt marshes got us to a wonderful beach. We saw beetles, grass snakes (non-venomous) and traces of wild pigs roaming. At this time of year this place is a heaven for nature lovers. On some days we did not see a single human.
