6.0A good location with easy access to Exeter and other locations. Bedrooms are spacious and well appointed and, generally, everything was clean and tidy. Although there is no parking at the property itself, there was plenty of on street parking nearby.
− The property is looking a bit tired and some of the appliances are looking a bit worse for wear. It could probably do with a deep clean, particularly in corners and around the skirtings etc, along with some decorating and a spot of maintenance, eg both the bathroom and ensuite showers are a bit loose.

10.0It was lovely. The owner made us feel so welcome and introduced us to the area. The bedrooms are large and kitchen and lounge areas were great.
