− The beds were not tte most comfortable weve stayed in but they were ok. It wouod not stop up booking again.

7.0Liked the hot tub and the quirky 1600s building
− In need of a bit of TLC, equipment is old and well used. When we got there we messaged the host to tell them what had been left dirty so they knew it wasn't from us and they responded straight away which was good.
Perfect place for day trips out. Plenty of walks locally also to exercise the dog before heading out.
8.0Ideal location being close but not too close to Windermere lake. Kitchen well equipped and great use of the hot tub.

10.0Great location , very clean and comfortable, well equipped with everything you need , large hot tub in rear garden , ample parking we had 2 cars , very large cottage all rooms were a generous size , there was 5 adults and 1 teenager we all enjoyed our stay and would recommend 10/10

Quiet family getaway from hustle and bustle to relax
10.0It was quiet, it was central to Kendal town 10 mins away and Grasmere, Ambleside… hot tub was fab, bit cold when got out though!! It was welcoming and homely, the Christmas decorations were a lovely touch
