8.0− L'accueil était très formel, aucun mot de bienvenue, juste la remise des clés et les quelques instructions pour le check-out. Contact peu bienveillant de la part de la gérance immobilière à l'arrivée. Par contre nous y sommes retournés le lendemain en raison de problème de santé de l'un des 3 voyageurs, et nous avons été très bien accueillis par la personne présente qui nous a aidés à trouver un médecin sur place ce qui était fortement apprécié. Merci
Wonderful family holiday enjoying Thesen Island
10.0Tracy was a great host - excellent communication and very helpful with any request. The house is really lovely with direct access to the water from the jetty, easy parking with space for a trailer under cover and a very short walk across to the restaurants and coffee shops too. Double kayak was a win.

9.0The location was excellent and the house was very clean and beautifully decorated. We were running late but Tracy was very accommodating and met us at the entrance to guide us to Avocet Nest.

A lovely location and ideal for a few couples
8.0Loved the location ... ideal for walking into Knysna or Thesen. Had a problem with a hairdryer which wasn't working properly ... but the lovely and helpful staff at Seeff quickly got a replacement hairdryer ... much appreciated !
− The pillows on the beds - need replaced and are too soft and it feels like the stuffing has separated inside the covers... a second bath towel per person in the bathrooms would also be appreciated
