Great location close to the beach. Very clean and tidy. Everything you need in place. Quiet position.

− No hairdryer 😞 very small bathroom.

Plenty of on street parking available. Everything we needed in the kitchen, check in and out easy enough. Deposit returned. Beds comfy, warm property with hive heating (could benefit from some instructions, I only know because we have it at home)

− No bath. But I may have missed that when booking. Shower was adequate but not the best

The accommodation was clean, modern and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. An issue we had with the lock on the door was dealt with swiftly. It was in a nice area, with a lovely restaurant just a couple of minutes walk away. We enjoyed spending time in the accommodation. Although small, the bathroom suited our needs.

− It was very windy the first couple of nights, which caused a very loud noise coming from the harbour to interrupt our sleep. We would have liked a cheese grater, sieve and scissors in the kitchen, but that was not much of an issue. We were happy to empty the bins, but as our own bin system is different it was quite confusing to know which bin was for what. Looking inside the bins didn't help as, whoever else had used them, seemed to put things in randomly. We did our best but instructions may help with the confusion from people travelling from outside of Scotland.

Great quiet location. Easy walk to large grocery store, pubs/restaurants and beach paths Vey convenient drive to golf courses as well as Scottish Maritime Museum (Irvine), Culzean Castle and Robbie Burns museum (all worth the visit). French press coffee maker has been added (previous reviews reported absence of a coffee maker) and there is a small washing machine within the unit which was perfect for some mid vacation laundry.

− As reported by other guests, bathroom is quite small, but that is just the nature of the overall space. Non stick cooking pans are quite badly scratched and worn and should be replaced. It would be nice if the unit was stocked with some basic kitchen supplies (eg salt and pepper, aluminum foil)
