4.0The location of the apartment was excellent and very convenient for exploring London. However, overall, we were rather disappointed with our stay. The furnishings and facilities were quite dated and could use some updating. What disappointed us most was the lack of communication from the host. We requested separate duvets and also asked for instructions on how to turn down the heating in the bathroom. We received incorrect instructions, and when we followed up to explain that they did not work and ask for clarification, we received no further response. While the location was great, the outdated furnishings and, above all, the lack of communication and support made our stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.

8.0Vi var 14 dager her og beliggenheten var supert. Det var veldig enkelt å komme seg rund. Leiligheten har alt man trenger.
− En av viftene fungerte ikke riktig. Vinduene i stua gikk ikke an å lukke ordentlig.

10.0Our stay was truly wonderful. The location is excellent, with easy access to both buses and the Tube, making it very convenient to get around. The flat had everything we needed - spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. All the amenities were in great working condition, and having a washer and dryer was a huge bonus. Overall, a 5-star experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
