1.0− Ich konnte auch mit Hilfestellung des Nachbarn den Schlüsselsafe nicht öffnen. Den neuen code konnte ich erst in Deutschland einsehen. Einige Nachbarn berichteten von fielen verärgerten Kunden. Ich habe die Reise abgebrochen und erwarte eine Rückerstattung der Auslagen. Werner Steigerwald

− We konden geen contact krijgen met de eigenaar om de code van het sleutelkastje te openen we moesten dik twee uur wachten ,na contact te hebben gehad met booking.com

1.0− I was'nt able to enter the cotttage at all, because the code for the key wasn't available and I couldn't get into contact with them. therefore I didn't use the booking. Since I had to stay somewhere I was forced to make alternative booking reservations elsewhere. Since they didn't provide the service I paid for I request a full refund for both days.
