Excellent property and location
10.0A fantastic property that has been recently updated and very well looked after; it's in a brilliant location as the road is a few minutes walk away from the centre, and the owners are communicative with information messages sent out in the build up to your stay. Other rentals I've stayed in haven't thought about the smaller touches as much compared to here; the kitchen was full of bits and pieces to help make your stay easier and they'd clearly thought about what a visitor would need away from home if they can't pack every item to travel with which was so nice!
− As there isn't a parking space allocated to the property/a visitor permit available, the only thing that would perhaps be trickier in busier times of the year would be the overnight parking as there were a couple of (fairly full) car parks for during the day and a much smaller one that offered an over night option. We were lucky as we managed to find a parking bay a couple of streets away, but it took a while on arrival to find somewhere

− A shelf in the shower would be good plus some form of slim bedside table for phone/glass of water
Great base to visit the lakes. We would stay longer next time.
10.0It’s was very well presented. The property was like being home from home. A massive bathroom with a good size main bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom was a comfortable room with bunk beds.
− The only problem is that there is no parking at the property. But the cricket ground is a 5 min walk from the cottage and is only a £2 charge per day.
