10.0Extremely well presented with a good amount of space. With relatives nearby, we hosted 8 comfortably for (Pizza Express takeaway) dinner. Loved the stained glass window in the kitchen and various other period features such as the (original?) bathroom. Loved the welcome pack too, thank you!

9.0Location in the centre of Kendal was ideal. Large comfortable beds and an excellent welcome pack. The large lounge provided a really good meeting area for the four of us

9.0Excellent large living area with large dinning table. Location ideal and although central it was quiet. Well stocked kitchen and welcome pack. Great to see a quality dog friendly place to stay.
− Only one minor thing. Kitchen needs a potato masher. Probably been one in the past and it has not been replaced.

10.0Lovely apartment and spotlessly clean, lots of room and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the beds were very comfortable. We had a great time staying in this apartment.
