The host named Angel was irresponsible and never helped us solve the serious problems that arose with the air conditioning. We slept 4 nights in a hell of humidity and unbearable heat., the staff was horrible.

− My wife and I nearly died from toxic smoke poisoning from the burning air conditioning motor that filled the entire apartment. It was a truly horrible stay, especially the maintenance staff, the host, and his people were never able to fix the major problem with the air conditioning. Our stay there was terrifying. I would never stay with them again.

Very comfortable apartment in location suited to what we wanted to do.

Location within walking distance of fishing, diving and 2 good restaurants. Wonderful patio with view of ocean.

− Shower a little moldy where shower door and lower rail meet. No drinkable water when arrived, owner needed photos of empty jugs before sending anyone to replace one (didn’t happen until later on 2nd day).

Its a Nice Location, with great views. Owners have no common sense. Very Dated interior

The location of this property is very good, across the street from Pedregal which is a very nice neighborhood. It has a tennis center which was important and pickleball if you like PB. Great views of the pelicans who haul out every day their rock. Going into the ocean is a bit trick traversing a lot of rock, coral etc.. buy booties it's sharp under the water. Best thing to do is enter 25 yards down on the left. Great restaurants Seaside - walking distance - ate there 3 times, do the Sealion tour- spectacular. Other restaurant El Jardin is hit and miss- very slow service and average food. I used DIDI drivers for all my trips to the Malacon etc. Loved watching the Pelicans fish every day, balcony was great.

− The owners of this property or the folks who manage it are "STUBBORN" and did a poor job in providing me an access code BEFORE I left the USA. They were consistently asked for an access code to the door but would not provide it to me until arrival. THIS is a HUGE issue for folks coming from another country- Why? Because there is a high probability of No phone service and no way to access messages upon arrival. Thankfully, l I was able to get to the guard shack and access their internet. , It was a real problem. If I had no laptop, I probably would not have gotten in. The person security called to help me was unresponsive. It caused me 2 hours of screwing around to get into the condo. Attention- to detail- Very Simple, yet they do not get it. Also, neither the gate opener nor one of the fixtures in the guest bathroom did not work. (Hot) water in the sink is broken. They had a big water cooler in there- 2 EMPTY JUGS of Water, although they did supply some bottles of water in the fridge. There is supposed to be a security card, even at a minimum they could provide information in a sealed envelope to the guards for renters. No common sense, the other thing you will encounter is if the guards are not at their post at night time you will have to enter in from the beach side which I had to do several times. The people that live there are super nice (meaning other owners) all of them I met at the pool are Ex-Pats. Nothing fancy about the interior, chest of drawers is like from the 1950s , drawers fall out its simple. Small bed is in the living room.

Beautiful property with an amazing view. It was spacious and has lots of natural light. We enjoyed our stay very much!

− It was supposed to have a washing machine available. There was one for the group of condos, but it was broken, so that was disappointing and a little problematic for us.

Second visit to La Concha condos.

Loved being right on the beach. Sunset views are killer.

− The garbage disposal didn’t work & the sink clogged.

The beautiful view and closeness to the beach; as well as the big pool and all facilities.

− Needs a few updates, and it would be the pearl of La Concha :)
