5.0Nähe zum Strand, grosser Kühlschrank im Haus, ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck
− Toilette im EG mit Tür 1,50/Raumhöhe ca.1,60 kaum begehbar. Keine ordentliche Dusche im 1. OG (sehr klein, eine Seite nur mit Duschvorhang "repariert". Türen alle verzogen. Lattenrost Beistellbett defekt, öfter durchgebrochen. Esstimmerlampe hat kaum Leuchtkraft. Extrem viele Mücken im Garten, der nicht sehr gepflegt ist. Viele Ameisen in der Küche. Küchenausstattung teilweise schmuddelig (Sandwitchmaker, völlig verkratze beschichtete Pfanne usw.). Das Haus wirkt insgesamt sehr abgewohnt. Einfahrt führ leicht grösseres Auto zu eng. Büsche verkratzen Auto. Meerblick quasi nicht vorhanden, nur minimal auf Balkon seitlich!!!

Large apartment/house with private garden
9.0Large apartment with two comfortable bedrooms and two toilets (one also a bathroom), large kitchen and private garden and first floor terrace. Living room/kitchen and both bedrooms have a/c. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is quite new and has everything you need.
− Apartment was a bit dirty (dirty rug and lots of sand under rug), dirty walls in bathroom. Apartment is placed quite far from the Main Street but nearby the beach. Note that there is a tourist area btw villa rosa and the beach. All in all a lovely apartment but quite expensive compared to other rental opportunities in the area.
