8.0Posizione ottimale si per l’esplorazione della zona sia perché in un punto tranquillo e silenzioso. Le decorazioni della casa e la sua struttura la rendevano molto gradevole, in particolare il porticato esterno e il barbecue. Proprietario disponibile e gentile.
− La pulizia generale della casa sarebbe da migliorare. L’arredamento artigianale nonostante sia gradevole alla vista, lo è meno dal punto di vista pratico e igienico. Porte e finestre con molti spifferi e senza la possibilità di bloccarne il movimento in caso di corrente di aria, molto presente in quei giorni. I mobili della cucina apparivano sporchi internamente, lo scolapiatti arrugginito e lo scola posate sporco con muffa. Abbiamo dovuto lavare tutto perché la sensazione di sporco risultava importante. Il tappetino del bagno appariva non lavato da tempo e le lenzuola sembravano vecchie e con presenza di pallini da usura che le rendevano ruvide.
